Service Description

This course is to inform everyone on the new Constitutional Carry Laws that was passed in South Carolina early this year. All students will leave this class informed with a better understanding of the new laws and where they can and can not carry a firearm. This class is only 1.5 hours and will give the students the confidence needed to carry a firearm for personal safety. Topics covered •Case Law •Use of Force •Use of Deadly Force •Alter Ego Law •Where you can and can not carry •Penalties added for non permit holders •Castle Law •Dealing with Law Enforcement •Citizens Arrest Law •Stand Your Ground Law •What happens after a shooting
